Property Maintenance

As a client, you will benefit from our expertise and access to our fabulous locally-employed team who provide a wonderful experience for guests. Problems and issues are fixed quickly and without hassle. We cover the planning and execution of upgrades and property maintenance including gardening, roofing, plumbing, electrics, decorating and of course utilities, energy performance improvements and certification. 

Flexible Customer Service

At Rural Residence, we believe the difference is in the detail and we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service to both guests and owners alike. Our team is available 7 days a week to sort out any problems and we always go that extra mile to deliver the very best service to all our customers. Should you need us out of hours, we will always give you an emergency contact. Unlike many other agents, we also offer flexible arrangements, enabling owners to use their cottage whenever they choose – our only requirement is that we’re informed in advance.

As well as the daily up-keep of your property’s online bookings, we also make the most of our well established social media following and mailing list to promote your properties to our loyal guests and online community. We also send professional photographers to each of our properties to ensure we’re promoting your holiday home in the very best light.
